Abstract: 

IN RETROGRADE RESERVOIRS BELOW DEW POINT PRESSURE WE HAVE TWO PHASES IN RESERVOIR (GAS AND LIQUID PHASE). INITIALLY THIS LIQUID IS IMMOBILE, BUT AS SOON AS THE CRITICAL LIQUID SATURATION HAS BEEN EXCEEDED, THE LIQUID CAN EVENTUALLY FLOW TOWARD THE WELLBORE AND IT CAN PRODUCE THEREFORE, WE DEFINE THREE DIFFERENT RECOVERY FACTOR (DRY GAS RF WHICH IS THE TOTAL PRODUCED GAS AT SURFACE PER TOTAL INITIAL GAS IN PLACE, WET GAS RF IS THE TOTAL PRODUCED WET GAS AT SURFACE PER TOTAL INITIAL GAS IN PLACE AND CONDENSATE RF WHICH IS THE TOTAL GAS CONDENSATE PRODUCED AT SURFACE PER THE TOTAL PRODUCED GAS AT SURFACE) AND THEN USING SIMULATION, THE EFFECT OF SOME PARAMETERS SUCH AS RESERVOIR PERMEABILITY, PERCENTAGE OF CRITICAL CONDENSATE’S SATURATION, PERCENTAGE OF HEAVY COMPOSITIONS, DIFFERENT SCENARIOS OF PRODUCTION AND FINALLY CHANGES OF FLOW RATE ON DIFFERENT RF AFTER SIX YEARS OF PRODUCTION CAN BE ANALYZED.

Abstract: 

In this study, two units of production of synthesis GAS has been stimulated into 2 forms of natural GAS complex reforming and DRY reforming. they have been examined from technical and economical views. The product from this process is synthesis GAS by the unit ratio of Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide (H2/CO =1) which is used in Arak petrochemical complex for producing 2EH. For producing this synthesis GAS in 900C (reactor temperature) and 15 bar of total pressure, the ratio of feeding parts into reforming reactor for total input carbon (methane and other hydrocarbon) and Carbon dioxide GAS and water vapor in representation [CH4 + equivalent carbon in other hydrocarbons: CO2: H2O] for complex reforming equals [1: 2.5: 2.15], and for DRY reforming equals [1: 1: 0.33]. The Result of mentioned simulation clarifies the percentage of saving fuel GAS, Electrical Energy, water and Carbon dioxide in DRY reforming to complex reforming. In this study, operational conditions and costs of energy and materials are the same real costs in production unit of synthesis GAS in Arak petrochemical complex. By comparing the results out of the two simulated units it is shown that the total operational costs of the current unit will decrease more than twice in case of changing to DRY reforming.

Abstract: 

متان یکی از منابع اصلی انرژی و از اجزای اصلی گاز طبیعی است. تبدیل متان به عنوان یک گاز گلخانه ای به synthesis-GAS (H2CO) و هیدروکربن های با ارزش بالاتر متان را تبدیل به یک محصول ارزشمند و بدون اثر گلخانه ای می کند. همچنین synGAS تولید شده می تواند به سوخت های مایع و ترکیبات شیمیایی با ارزش توسط فرایند Fischer-Tropsch تبدیل شود. بهینه سازی متان با اکسیژن به synGAS یکی از روش های این تبدیل است. در بین روشهای موجود یکی از روش های مطلوب، تبدیل پلاسمایی متان است که در آن دما بر خلاف روش های کاتالیستی بالا نیست. در این مطالعه، یک راکتور پلاسمایی به جای روش های کاتالیستی رایج برای تولید synGAS طراحی و آزمایش می شود. راکتور پلاسمایی شامل منبع پلاسمای مایکروویو، لوله گازی، سرد کننده و قسمت نمونه گیری برای تولید موثر synGAS از متان، اکسیژن و آرگون می باشد. آزمایش ها توسط یک سیستم غیر کاتالیستی و تحت فشار اتمسفر انجام می شود. توان منبع پلاسمای مایکروویو در گستره 100 تا 300 وات ثابت نگه داشته می شود. پس از آن که گاز تولید شده از قسمت سرد کننده عبور می کند، مخلوط گاز سنتز شده توسط سرنگ گازی، GC “GAS Cromatography” و یک سل گازی برای آنالیز FT-IR”Fourier Transform infrared Spectroscopy” جمع آوری می گردد. بهینه کردن شرایط انجام واکنش به کمک تغییر فشار جزیی گازهای ورودی، زمان انجام واکنش گازها و تغییر توان منبع مایکروویو مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد.

بالابردن کارایی سامانه کاتد مگنترون RF اسپاترینگ با بالا بردن توان بیشینه کاتد ساخته شده از 650 وات به 1 کیلووات و نرخ لایه نشانی از 12.6 نانومتر بر ثانیه به 18 نانومتر برثانیه برای اهداف مسی است. بازدهی مصرف تارگت هم حدود 19% است که تا 30% قابل افزایش است. مراحل و روش های اجرایی طرح عبارتند از: ـ مطالعه کتابخانه ای کاتد مگنترون اسپاترینگ ـ شبیه سازی میدان مغناطیسی به وسیله نرم افزار ANSIS با توجه به وضعیت و تعداد آهنرباها و میدان حاصل از آنها در اطراف کاتد ـ انجام مهندسی معکوس با بررسی نمونه های خارجی موجود در داخل کشور ـ مطالعه مواد مغناطیسی مختلف به لحاظ هدایت میدان و انتخاب ماده مناسب با در نظر گرفتن نتایج حاصل از شبیه سازی با نرم افزار، ترسیم طیف میدان مغناطیسی مواد انتخاب شده و مقایسه با نمونه موجود ـ طراحی و ساخت کاتد بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده ـ انجام لایه نشانی با نمونه ساخته شده در محیط RF و اندازه گیری توان و نرخ لایه نشانی ـ تعیین مقطع عرضی بخش های مصرف شده هدف و محاسبه بازده هدف نتایج طرح عبارتند از: ـ توان بیش از 1 کیلووات ـ نرخ لایه نشانی برابر 19.6 نانومتر بر ثانیه ـ بازدهی مصرف هدف در حدود 56% ـ هدایت و انتقال گاز اسپاترینگ از مسیر لوله پایه کاتد.

Abstract: 

THE CATALYST’S DEFORMATION EFFECT ON PERFORMANCE OF AN INDUSTRIAL COMBINED STEAM AND DRY REFORMING FIXED BED REACTOR WERE INVESTIGATED BY X-RAY DIFFRACTION, N2 SORPTION ANALYSIS AND 41-MONTH OPERATIONAL DATA. COMPARISONS BETWEEN THE STRUCTURES OF FRESH AND SPENT REFORMING CATALYSTS SHOW AN INCREASE IN NI CRYSTAL SIZE AND DECREASE IN SURFACE AREA OF THE CATALYST AS THE PROCESS CONTINUES. THE RESULTS DEMONSTRATE THAT THERE IS A STRONG TENDENCY FOR THE CATALYST’S DEACTIVATION BY CARBON FORMATION ORIGINATING FROM METHANE DECOMPOSITION. HOWEVER, THE INDUSTRIAL DATA ANALYSIS ILLUSTRATES THAT CONVERSION OF KEY COMPONENT, CH4, REMAIN CONSTANT SEVERAL MONTHS. THERMODYNAMICS ANALYSIS ALSO SHOWS THAT ONLY A FRACTION OF THE CATALYST IN THE INDUSTRIAL REACTOR IS REQUIRED FOR THE REACTIONS TO REACH AN EQUILIBRIUM STATE IN THE REFORMER. HENCE, AS THE CATALYST IS DEACTIVATED AT THE REACTOR ENTRANCE AREA, THE REACTION ZONE GRADUALLY MOVES FORWARD AND STILL ALLOW FOR EQUILIBRIUMS TO BE ATTAINED BEFORE THE STREAM EXITS THE REACTOR. THIS RESULTS IN A RATHER CONSTANT METHANE CONVERSION IN THE REFORMATE STREAM (UP TO SEVERAL MONTHS).

Abstract: 

RF receive and transmit non-homogeneity is one of the most effective causes of image non-uniformity in MRI images and is considered as an important source of error in quantitative studies. Part of this non-homogeneity is a characteristic of RF coils and part of it, is due to the interaction of RF field with the body being imaged. In this study, RF field non-homogeneity of a volume head coil is measured in human brain (In vivo) as well as in water and oil phantoms, using a method which was proposed by this group formerly. Comparing the results shows that RF non-homogeneity in water phantom is more than its value in oil phantom. It was also shown that it was even more than its value in human brain In vivo conditions. Non uniformity pattern shows that in both In vivo and water phantom cases, standing wave effect is dominant under our experimental conditions which may cause over-estimating in real magnitudes of Rf non-homogeneity and imaging effective parameters, such that, should has been considered in designing of MRI related phantoms.
